This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, cancellations, and refunds are accepted for purchases made on the Sivaham website (“the Website”). By placing an order with Sivaham, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Cancellation Request
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact our customer support team at Sivaham support as soon as possible after placing your order. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, we cannot guarantee cancellation of orders that have already been processed or shipped.

1.2 Eligibility for Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation, and the request will instead fall under our return policy outlined below.

2. Return and Refund Policy
2.1 Return Eligibility
Sivaham accepts returns of unused, unwashed, and undamaged products within 7 days of delivery, provided that all items are returned in their original condition and packaging.

Please note:
Returns based solely on customer preference (including dislike of color, size issues due to incorrect selection, or change-of-mind) are not accepted if the product delivered matches the item description and is free of defects.
Returns are only accepted in cases involving product defects, damage during transit, or incorrect items delivered.

2.2 Return Shipping Charges

For eligible returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, except when the return is due to:

A defective product
An incorrect product shipped
An error on Sivaham’s part

In such cases, Sivaham will cover the return shipping expense.
2.3 Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Contact our customer service team at support email to obtain a return authorization.
2. You will receive instructions on how to properly return your product.
3. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.

2.4 Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days.
Please note:
Shipping charges (initial delivery charges) are non-refundable.
Refunds may take additional time to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Exchanges
Sivaham currently does not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product or size, you may place a new order after your eligible return is processed and refunded.
